Loader Issues

"Access Denied" When Running Loader

Cause: Windows is blocking the executable.

Fix:

  1. Right-click the loader → Properties
  2. Check Unblock at the bottom of the General tab
  3. Click Apply
  4. Right-click → Run as Administrator

Loader Closes Immediately

Cause: Antivirus is quarantining the file.

Fix:

  1. Disable antivirus
  2. Re-download the loader
  3. Save to a dedicated folder (e.g., C:\OwnCheats)

"Invalid License Key" Error

Cause: Key has expired, been used on another PC, or is mistyped.

Fix:

  1. Check your key on owncheats.com/dashboard
  2. Copy-paste the key instead of typing it
  3. If the key is bound to another PC, contact support

Injection Issues

Game Crashes After Injection

Cause: Game version mismatch or protections still enabled.

Fix:

  1. Make sure the game is fully updated
  2. Re-download the latest loader version
  3. Verify all protections are disabled
  4. Try injecting at a different point (main menu vs. lobby)

"Failed to Inject" Error

Cause: Anti-cheat is blocking the injection.

Fix:

  1. Verify Memory Integrity is off (msinfo32)
  2. Disable Hyper-V and VBS
  3. Restart your PC
  4. Try again

Cheat Menu Doesn't Appear

Cause: Injection may have partially failed.

Fix:

  1. Try pressing different keys: INSERT, HOME, F1
  2. Check if the loader shows "Injected" status
  3. Restart the game and reinject

Anti-Cheat Issues

Kicked by EAC / BattlEye

Cause: Protection features are interfering.

Fix:

  1. Disable Memory Integrity (requires restart)
  2. Disable VBS and Hyper-V
  3. Run the loader before launching the game
  4. Make sure you're on the latest loader version

HWID Banned

Cause: Anti-cheat flagged your hardware.

Fix:

  1. Use an HWID Spoofer before launching
  2. Create a new game account
  3. Clean old game configs and registry entries

System Issues

Blue Screen (BSOD) After Running Loader

Cause: Driver conflict.

Fix:

  1. Boot into Safe Mode (hold Shift while clicking Restart)
  2. Use System Restore to roll back (see Restore Point)
  3. Report the BSOD code to support

PC Feels Slow After Using Cheats

Cause: Driver or process not cleaned up properly.

Fix:

  1. Restart your PC
  2. The loader should clean up automatically on close
  3. If persistent, run the loader's Cleanup option
