Create a Restore Point

Before using any cheats, we strongly recommend creating a Windows System Restore Point. This allows you to roll back your system if anything goes wrong.

How to Create a Restore Point

  1. Press Win + S and search for "Create a restore point"
  2. Click on it to open System Properties
  3. In the System Protection tab, select your main drive (usually C:)
  4. If protection is not enabled:
    • Click Configure
    • Select Turn on system protection
    • Set disk space to 5-10%
    • Click OK
  5. Click Create...
  6. Name it something memorable (e.g., Before OwnCheats)
  7. Click Create and wait for it to complete

Why This Matters

A restore point saves:

  • Your system settings
  • Installed drivers
  • Registry state
  • Windows files

It does not back up personal files, games, or downloads.

tip

If the cheat causes a driver issue or blue screen, you can boot into Safe Mode and restore from this point.

How to Restore

If you need to roll back:

  1. Press Win + S → search "Create a restore point"
