Install Runtimes

Before using any OwnCheats product, you need to install the required runtime libraries.

.NET Desktop Runtime​

Download and install the .NET 6.0 Desktop Runtime (x64):

  1. Go to dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/6.0
  2. Under ".NET Desktop Runtime", click the x64 download link
  3. Run the installer and follow the prompts
  4. Restart your PC after installation

Visual C++ Redistributable​

Download and install the VC++ 2015-2022 Redistributable:

  1. Go to aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
  2. Run the installer
  3. Click Install and follow the prompts

If you already have these installed, the installer will tell you — no need to reinstall.

Verify Installation​

To verify .NET is installed correctly:

  1. Open Command Prompt
  2. Type dotnet --list-runtimes
  3. You should see Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App 6.x.x in the list
